Actually I need something to convert the database to the newer version
either by modifying the data structures by comparing with the empty
database that is provided or like I mentioned transfer data from one to
another. But all in all it has to be adaptive, I cannot have user
intervention as we have ltd. knowledge support staff and (more than) at
times have to rely on the user installing the application themselves.
