GBAK will not overwrite the file (or the fbk file for that matter). If
they exist in the destination it will fail.
My guess is so we don't get lazy and over-write the backup file and log
file, because if there is a problem during a backup (eg database
corruption), you have lost not only the database backing up but also
the backup from yesterday that is ok.
