I am trying to create an installer for my Firebird/.Net application (I am
using the .net provider and have posted this question there too).



The database works in some respects, but sometimes I get an error on the
target machine complaining about MDAC 2.6.



I am doing the testing on an NT4 system (which I use just for testing), so
my guess is that this won't be an issue for XP systems, but is MDAC 2.6
required by Firebird? Or is there a way to remove that dependency?
