Just list in system requirements: "IB or FB server installed".

Mention in documentation that administrator must create DB (using a
script installed with your application) and tell your application
where the DB is and which user name and password may be used to
access it.
Not all users are dumb. And I, personally, don't like when software
installer try to install something that already may be installed on
my server, destroying it.
