For those of us who started with dBase there is no problem. Field names
were always UPPER_CASE ( and limited to 11 characters! ). I still run
the SQL UPPER_CASE, and that way I can easily spot it when looking at
the code ;)
The SQL standard is still basically 'single case' so the different ways
of adding mixed case are going to confuse for some time :(
