Alan has referred to a tool we have to migrate ownership by updating
system tables directly. This has been researched carefully and has
worked for many people so far.

People can request a download link for this tool (FBOwnerMigrator) by
sending a private email. Why is it not available as public download?
Well, because it manipulates system tables directly. ;-)
