Since you have The book, you know everything,
so just pict the operator that suits best _your_ needs.

Do you need case insensitivity ?
Do you want to use index if possible ?
Do you want to use wildcards ?
Do you want fast fulltext search ?

You can choose from Containing, Like, Starting,
and possibly combine them with Upper.
