Probably with

C:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_1_5\bin>gbak -b -user SYSDBA password
masterkey 10.0.0.6:c:\Firebird\bx.fdb
\\10.0.0.8\home\Administrator\Firebird\t.fbk

(or any other accessible path on the Linux-Server)
