I forgot that we also have clients that access the datbase through SQLApi,(its a c++ program running on solaris
that use the SQLApi)
Do you know any bugs regarding it ?

The culprit is the guilty person. IBConsole starts a snapshot
transaction when you use it to query the database. That transaction
stays open until explicitly closed.

Try closing all connections to the database, then run gstat -h and send
us the results.
