Necessary to effect shutdown of the server Firebird 1,5 in a machine
with Windows 2K Server saw line of command of prompt of the MSDOS, or
in an application delphi. Basically what I wanted to know is:

1 - How to give shutdown saw prompt of the MSDOS or saw programming in delphi?
2 - How to initiate firebird in exclusive way or only accepting
connections local?
3 - How to initiate firebird to accept all again the connections?
