So far, there haven't been any calls for papers for this year's
conference. Feasibility and sponsorship are the current main items on the
planning agenda.

In the past two years, we had a two- or three-day frenzy of one-hour (or
longer) presentations on a variety of technical topics, from beginner to
advanced, beginning at 8 a.m. and, except for food breaks, running right
through to 6 p.m. or later. Most papers were presented in English, along
with a programme of topics in German only (some were presented in both
German and English). There were also BOFs and workshops. Last year, the
audio-visual setup was amazing.

To cater for local attendees this year, we can expect to see some Czech
language tracks and probably fewer German language ones.

Beer was a visible item on the agenda in previous conferences. It looks
likely to be so for this one, too.
