with Kylix 3, insofar as you can fire up either an ObjectPascal or a CPPB
IDE from the goodies installed from the same CD, but not for concurrent use

fruition.
AFAIR, CPPB first came to life commercially as CPPB 2, a few months after
Delphi 3 came out.
