Hi Benton,
For migrating a security database from 1.0 to 1.5, simply make a backup
of isc4.gdb with Firebird 1.0 and restore it under Firebird 1.5 to
security_tmp.fdb using SYSDBA for the restore process.
Then, shut down the Firebird 1.5 server, rename the existing
security.fdb to something else. Now, rename the previously restored
database security_tmp.fdb to security.fdb and restart the Firebird 1.5
Server.
