Smooth transition on FB2.0 Alpha1 so far. Still trying to make it break.

I do like the new 'CLIENT_ADDRESS' namespace - very handy for permissions
management - can now lock down operations to specific workstation IP
addresses - very nice!

Also, 'NOW' and 'CURRENT_TIMESTAMP' now return MILLISECONDS!!!! HOORAYY!!!!

Can't wait for more information on the ROW_COUNT feature added by D.Yemanov.
(Hopefully it counts outside the FIRST/SKIP and ROWS 10 TO 20 filter)
