But there's a difference between natural language and identifiers in a
formal language. Also, identifiers are names and names are, actually,
spelt the same way everywhere, even in natural language (at least in
those I know anything about). I don't sometimes write Kjell, sometimes
kjell, and sometimes kjeLL.
