I know, I exaggerated. :-)

But let me take another example. I hate hungarian notation (let's not
get into the whys, pros and cons here). How do I avoid being forced to
use that when using code written by someone who uses it? Same same but
different....

I actually think that if a thing is named "sdnuk" then it should be
named sdnuk *everywhere* even if I don't like the name. If I decide that
in my code it's not sdnuk, but SdNuk, most other people familiar with
the sdnuk package will find my code difficult to read. That's not good.
So, again, case sensitivity is good.

I can't see what the big problem is here? Why is it so difficult to
write a name the same way everywhere? Why? I just don't get it.
