Are you asking what you need to do to connect to a FB server that is
hosted on a dynamic IP address, and that address are managed by dynIP ?

if is this.. you should just use the hostname in your connection string,
something like:

myserver.dynip.com:c:\mydata\data.fdb

But take a look on Zebedee (compression/encription tunnel), there is a
very good article written by Artur Anjos, make a google on "zebedee
firebird" and you will get it. It's not a good idea to your data cross
the net in "clear text".
