My system engeneer found a solution for slow connection:

I will try to translate it for you

"The reason was xinetd wrapper which was expecting IDENT response or at
least negative response that IDENT port (tcp/113) is closed"

I'm not familiar with Linux, i quess that you will find some benefit from
this answer

OK same setup as here
So are you mapping the ports in the router, or using the different port
numbers on the local network?
I used to do the first - and keep port 3050 on each internal server, but
now I run X3050 internally AND externally where X is the 'server number'
as the router seemed to be slow mapping from x3050 externally to 3050
internally.
Not so easy to do is to 'ping' the internal machines from outside, but
'telnet IP port' should give an instant connection and will test routing
to a machine. (Just hit return a couple of times to break the connection
to Firebird - you don't get a real reply)

p.s. I'm sure this is network configuration rather than Firebird.
