We are aware of the problem, it is already fixed in CVS. The thing is
that there is a bug in 0.2.0 that you can't create database with
default codepage of 4096. If you change it to something else like 2048
or 8192, it will work and create a Dialect 3 (or whichever you
specify) database. You can also create with 4096, if you change to
something else, and then get it back to 4096.
