It turned out to be file-level permissions on ODBCJDBC.dll,
ODBCJDBCSetup.dll and IscDbc.dll that were missing. After giving
IWAM_<servernam> read+execute permission on them it seems to work.

I thought file permissions were inherited from the folder, but
apparently not in this case.
