I tried changing the RemoteBindAddress (in firebird.conf) as you
suggested. I then restarted the service. But when I attempted to run
IBManager (I don't have DBWorkbench) or FBconfigmanager I still get
the same error messages listed above.

I was using the "Installing Firebird 1.5 On Windows 2003 Server" by
Tect Software to guide me through this. Thanks for putting that out
there. You might want to append it though with the solution to my
problem (if a solution is found).

Any other ideas about what I might try?
