Dmitry Yemanov and Nickolay assisting.

Well, first we need to get an alpha out. The code has been ready for
months, but there are a number of configuration changes - including a
new security database - so the packaging takes a while. And packaging
is important ... having something blow up and injure a naive users is
bad for the reputation...
