I use a timestamp as the key for one table. And trim the seconds to the
nearest second. Because the conversion from time back to the fractional
representation can give a different result.
Is it possible you are not matching the converted dates, so that the
records can't be found?
Whats the error exactly - I've 5 years worth of data built using it ;)
