Helen Borrie is the one who really deserves the thanks, her effort to
convert my inane ramblings to decipherable text is amazing.
I have the distinction of being a high school dropout who has the social
skill set of your average chess club (D&D club) alumni.
If my responses seem a little harsh and terse, please understand the
source. If we keep our discussions on the list, Helen may grace us with
another easy to read compilation (please understand, the some solutions
document was actually a whole slew of emails sent at around midnight or
later after a very long work day).
