As well as the "Firebird Book", you might want to download SPGen
(http://www.tectsoft.net/Products/Firebird/FIBSPGen.aspx), which will
automatically generate stored procedures for all your tables
(Insert/Update/Select/Delete), this could give you a starting point for
studying procs which use your own table structures.
