We are programmers, our typing skills are generally not too
bad. It takes only a couple seconds to highlight the unwanted
text and hit the delete key. Such a little effort to make the
list much more efficient for the many hundreds of people that
will receive copies of your posting.

This is the sort of installation that would greatly benefit
from encrypted disk volumes. Not only can the database be
mounted on the encrypted volume but so can most of their
other private information. Encrypted volumes can solve
multiple problems in one go, and the encryption offered by
these sorts of products is very good.
