Hi group,
We've just switched our Linux box which is usually our Interbase Server
(development) to FreeBSD, as it is the OS of choice for our uncapped DSL
provider. FreeBSD does not support Interbase, so we have deployed Firebird.
After some initial buggering around, I managhed to connect successfully, and
to access my Interbase DB's , etc.
Are there any issues that I should be aware of having switched from
Interbase 6.0 to Firebird, especially regarding compatibility of the db
created by the two different servers (Interbase and Firebird)?
Any help would be appreciated.
