It's seems like Superserver with the 1.5.1 windows setup version does not accept
local direct connection
A collegue today have the same problem on a w2k sp4 machine
Firebird accept only TCP/IP connections no direct local connections :(

It was a machine where we uninstall first Firebird 1.0
