Since upgrading to 1.5 a stored procedure that used to only take a
couple of minutes is now taking twenty.
The database itself has a fair few stored procedure (over 120) and the
procedure in question calls one which calls another.. etc. through 5 or
6 levels.
The system used to run on classical architecture and I changed it to
superserver. Due to this (I think) this stored procedure is hogging all
the processing time and making the database incredibly slow for all the
other connections.
The database is about 500mb on windows 2000, the old version of firebird
was .908 and the ibremote.exe that was used was yaffil 6.3.2.835
Anyone have any ideas about what might be the problem?
Cheers,
