still not sure what you are after... SYSDBA already is all yours...
but in any case, there is only one SYSDBA on the server. You can create
other users and they can do anything with regard to metadata. You can't
create users with any other user than SYSDBA unless you try one of the hacks
around.. have a look at ibphoenix website.
