If you are referring to http://www.npk.com.mk, I just get an error
when trying to access that page. If you mean
http://riste.softver.org.mk/ then that page is in Macedonian and not
Russian. I don't think it would help you too much getting that
translated, the only thing of interest that I noticed and understood
(note, I do not speak Macedonian - only Norwegian, English and a
little bit of Russian) was a (misspelled) link to http://www.schneier.
com/, which may or may not be of interest to you.
