Hi
that that file is what I think it is, but it does *seem* to be supported on
Linux.
No, it is NOT supported.
But "not supported" does not mean "not possible".
Not supported simply means, there is someone who is or was working on it,
and it exists, but you need to use it at your own risk as it might work very
well or may destruct your whole system.
I assume, asking at firebird-devel will give you more information, how far
it is usable right now.
(By the way, you could interpret "not supported" as "firebird-support is the
wrong place".)
