If Springer-Verlag had got their act together, nobody would have had to wait
and we would have had stock about the same time as Amazon in the US had stock,
probably even earlier, because I had asked them months ago to organise a drop
ship to me in the UK directly from the printers. Seems they forgot and when I
reminded them it was too late to set this up. Really annoying.
