At the risk of opening a can of worms, I'm publishing this link to get some
feedback from newer users.

What I need to know is :-

Am I on the right track?
Are the base categories OK?
Anything that should be included?

Some of the areas I have no problem expanding on ( PHP for example ), but
others I will need supplying by users of them ( .NET, ODBC ).

So if you have anything that would fit into this shell please send it
off-list to me.
