That's really too bad. I wonder why they would turn her down, I would
have thought O'Reilly to be interested in a book like that as they
don't have much on the subject yet.

Well, it's been a few years since I have aquired the ones I have.
They appear to have moved to a new system of online books since.
Check out their Safari stuff (still in PDF format though).
