Yes,
I am logged in as SYSDBA in IBO console when I get the error("Unavailable
database") when trying to create a new user.
What I meant with my previous mail : (I must add that if I connect as SYSDBA
to the PC the database works fine!) is that I can connect with my own
written application to the database as user SYSDBA, that works.
