Hi

I installed Fb 1.5 on a Win2003 Server this weekend and picked up some
problems :

1. When I try to register the server as "Local Server" in IBO Console I get
"Cannot Attach to services", I can overcome this to register the server as a
remote server poining it to 127.0.0.1 this works but intruduces the
following problem:

2. When I then try to create a user. My connection in IBOConsole
"terminates" the connection to the database with message: "Unavailible
Database" The Firebird Log Reports Nothing.

Does Firebird Support Win2003 Server?

If anyone can give me some poiners I will appreciate it.

I must add that if I connect as SYSDBA to the PC the database works fine!
