IB 6.0 has Forced Writes off by default (this causes more problems on
windows than linux), if you restore a DB from a IB 6.0 gbk the forced
writes will be off...

Try to turn forced writes on


FB created databases will have forced writes on by default on windows.

Did you know how forced writes are set in the corrupted DB ?
