Can you post the statistics (for the Header page) when the processor
approaches 'maxing out'?
Is this the not-really-handling-transactions syndrome? Strange if only one
site experiences it.
Is HyperThreading turned off (if available) - this is (usually?) done in
the BIOS setup.
