My own solution is developing nicely - three bonus features and complete
tracking of both room and person availability :)
Add a bank holiday or half day and it's automatically picked up in the
availability view. Staff off-day rota can be managed, and adding or
block rooms is a doddle :)
When someone selects a day to update, other staff get a warning when
they call up the same day, until the new booking has been committed.
