What did you install where?
Super Server on "Server" System.
Client Tools Only on "Client" System.
Setup alias for database on server, use local path.
Connect with client to server via alias.

This works.

DO NOT TRY TO:
- use network shares.
- run firebird locally [with database somewhere else].
- use mapped drives [see concurrent thread].

Give us more information, what's already setup, and what does not work.
