I thought we had fixed this, but never mind.

The safest solution is to follow this link:

   http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;259403

and download the vcredist.exe pack. That way you can be sure of safely
upgrading a whole set of MS dlls that need to be kept in sync.
