Connect with:

- an admin tool
- isql
- your application
- whatever...

Firebird itself doesn't care - it doesn't keep track of databases.

I believe "gfix"

Did you download the InterBase 6 documentation? If not,
try looking for it at www.ibphoenix.com - Firebird is still
very similar to InterBase. The IB6 docs in combination with
the Release Notes for 1.0 and 1.5 is what you need.
