OK, I got it working. I had installed the wrong server version. Anyway now
the ps is showing the correct FBSERVER, etc. processes.

But still, no port is exposed to my other computer for connection. This
Linux system was installed with no firewall protection, so I don't think its
stopping it. How can I test for the port broadcast?
