You said before that the client verified that the records were there. Do you
know if they did that by exiting the program and then going back in to see
them? If they stay in the transaction context when they insert them, of
course they will see them. It's when that transaction ends and another
starts that confirmation can be done legitimately. Otherwise, the records
could be lost at the end of the initial transaction context.
