FB1.5 has been released for long and we have customers using it
since 1.0 but we never encounter data lost. Just a suggestion why
don't you patch it to the full release of 1.5 and try using JDBC
instead of the ODBC. We also encounter problems when we were using
ODBC in the early stage.
