Yes with the proviso that you use v1.5 and that you do not acivate disk
shadow.
Please note disk shadow on win2003 is not the same thing as system restore
on XP.
Disk shadow applies to shares you create on the HD. Do not put the database
on anything which is shared.
Disk shadow is not active by default if you upgrade your server from NT to
2003. It is active by default, however, if it is a new installation. Go to
Disk Properties, Shadow Copies and ensure shadowing is disabled.
