You have very old Firebird version, you should upgrade either
to FB 1.0.3 or FB 1.5.
There used to be a bug in SP/triggers (I do not remember in which version
it was fixed) that caused data were not properly undone when exception
occured in SP, thus causing violation of PK during restore.
