Don't you mean ODBC ???

I have googled for QDBC and found a source forge project that says:

"QDBC is a set of widgets in QT for use with ODBC databases."

Don't know if this project is big enough for someone ask if some
database is QDBC compliant. Any way what I think this project does is
proveide a set of widgets that make the develpment of QT application
easier to integrate with ODBC compliant databases.
