It's php extension for InterBase. It comes with default php instalation.
On Windows, just download the php's .zip file, and you have
php_interbase.dll file in it. On Linux, you need to download the sources
and build it. You can come to firebird-php mailing list (also at
yahoogruops) and ask further questions there.
